  2. Having lost a lot of weight when I finished the 3 Day Military diet, I was surprised that my stomach became smaller. No wonder since sugar was not permitted, it was a low carb diet and veggies, fruits and lean meat were in abundance. I love how I learned about portion control and calorie counting.
