  1. Not only should you cut back on what you eat, you must take into consideration what you're drinking, too! My brother was in a quandary why he was not losing weight even with controlled eating. It turned out he was drinking all those high calorie drink including beer! With the 3 Day Military diet, he was able to cut down on what he's eating and is on his way to good health.
