  3. Thanks a lot for these set of exercises. I love the picture illustrations. I've done the 3 Day Military diet and these great fitness moves will help me lose more weight. To date, I've already shed around 5 pounds after 3 days. I guess the low carb food, calorie counting and portion control paid off.
