Raw cereals are extremely rich in carbohydrates and fibers, which provide an amazing energy released gradually inside the body. Sweet foods like chocolate bars are often preferred because of the immediate energy and stamina, but they are less likely to resist for too long. Plus, they are very rich in calories as well. Therefore, foods based on raw cereals bring in some satiety and release the energy throughout the whole day, whether you are interested in weight loss or a healthy maintenance. Choose dietetic crackers and bars, as well as partially separated yogurts.
Just like raw cereals, fruits and vegetables bring in a lot of fibers, but also plenty of minerals and vitamins that can complete the daily nutrient demand. Fruits can keep your appetite under control, so you no longer feel like trying all sorts of cakes, cookies or sugar based products.

ReplyDeleteThanks for this informative piece. I believe that a low carb diet is best when you want to lose the excess weight. With my great experience with the military diet that made me lose a lot of pounds, there's nothing like eating fresh veggies, lean meat and fruits everyday. Sugar should also be minimized and food laden with sodium and trans-fat must be avoided. I've been eating right for some time and adding exercise to my daily routine.
